Sun Rays & Sound Waves was a design that I decided to create poster for a fictional music festival in Ibiza, Spain, which is known for their huge parties and beach vibes. I came up with a concept that included these two factors: Sun & Sound, which have something in common, waves. Music is made up of sound waves, and the sun transmits heat rays and even radio waves. This was where the name of 'Sun Rays & Sound Waves' came from.
I made the background up of only wavy lines to convey the concept of waves. Then to give the poster some life and to show the party vibe of Ibiza, I added a colourful gradient in the background behind the waves and paired this with stark white typography.
